Currently, there is a great deal of uncertainty in the government contracting world. We are in a new fiscal year, under a continuing resolution and are approaching a highly contested presidential election.

Very little of the 2017 appropriations budgets have passed both the House and Senate. No matter what, we will have new leadership and we are uncertain how that will effect government contractors. Innovation efforts at Agencies contribute to the need for nimbleness. For instance, GSA is collecting Federal prices paid data from contractors and considering changing the pricing mechanisms of Schedule contracts. …read more
