Procurements set-aside for small businesses have been a staple of the Government’s efforts to support small business contractors. Whether it is a the 8(a) program for economically and social disadvantaged individuals or contracts set-aside for woman-owned, veteran-owned or HUBZone businesses, opportunities for small firms to win Government contracts have never been greater.
