A final rule has been published by the Government regarding the adjustment of acquisition-related thresholds. Section 1908 of Title 41 in the U.S. code states that adjustments must be made to acquisition–related thresholds once every five years.
The modifications to the acquisition-related thresholds were announced by the Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in the Federal Register. They are as follows:
