Government Wide Directives

Government-wide goals of enhanced transparency, cross agency collaboration, and information sharing are driving federal agencies to allocate increasing funds towards case, content, and records management initiatives. Recent Congressional Research and Presidential Directives have (i) identified record and case management deficiencies across the federal government and (ii) outlined requirements for all federal agencies to manage all permanent records electronically by 2019.
